The Role

As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences
• Support students both in and out of the classroom
• Help build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
• Be a key part of a supportive and dynamic school environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with SEN students (essential)
• Experience working with secondary-aged children (highly advantageous)
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
