The Role

As a School Officer, you would undertake reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and request for information, in an efficient and friendly manner.

The corporate services team at Endeavour Schools works collaboratively to provide a strong, responsive administration service that supports staff, students, parents/guardians and the wider school community. School Officers form a key component of this team, working to perform a number of student-related activities such as data entry, enrolments, publications and promotions, event scheduling, and word processing. As the first point of contact for our school, members of the corporate services team should be passionate about excellence in customer service delivery. They should use their communication skills, empathy, patience, problem-solving skills and knowledge of Department of Education policies/procedures to ensure every interaction is positive and every outcome is successful.

School Officers at Endeavour Schools should be flexible, willing to move between duties to meet the needs of the school. As such, the successful applicant should have the desire, capacity and confidence to be upskilled in, and to support, a broad range of corporate services functions – including (but not limited to); reception, student transition, marketing, attendance and enrolment processing, purchasing and financial processing, asset and resource management and human resource support. We are seeking applications from individuals who can ideally bring their flexibility, passion for service delivery, organisational skills and attention to detail to our team.

Experience in the use of key administrative software – such as the SIS Integris, RM Billing, RM Finance, Compass and Passtab is desirable but not essential.
