We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

As the first point of contact for staff and students in one of our Administration offices you should be friendly, well organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks, assist other support staff and liaise with staff and students to deliver high quality support

Eligibility

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
