Summary
Support and enhance the library’s daily operations, contributing to a vibrant learning environment for students and staff!
- Location: St Augustines College - Augustine Heights (S)
- Start date: Commencing January 2026
- Work hours: 12 hours (2 days per week)
- Salary: School Oficer Level 2 - $32.50/hour + super (School Salary Scale)
- Status: Term Time Fixed Term (Until the end of 2026 school year - School holidays unpaid)

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Organising documents and correspondence as directed.
- Responding to inquiries and providing basic information as required.
- Assisting with a range of routine activities and operations across the library.
- Maintaining established systems, processes, and registers.
- Assisting with arranging meetings and other library activities or events.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Strong organisational skills for managing documents and correspondence
- Effective communication skills to respond to inquiries and provide information
- Ability to assist with routine library activities and operations
- Proficiency in maintaining systems, processes, and registers
- Experience in arranging meetings and coordinating events or activities
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
