About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

Build and manage strategic relationships to strengthen planning processes and improve coordinated service delivery aligned with government policy.
Analyse demographic, community, and planning data to provide informed advice and support future-focused service planning and decision-making.
Contribute to the development and implementation of Partnership Initiative priorities and local response plans, identifying emerging trends and quality improvement opportunities.
Develop and apply responsive planning and coordination strategies that build community capacity and optimise outcomes for key stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, uphold service standards, and work collaboratively across diverse project activities and stakeholder groups.
