Loreto Kirribilli seeks a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join our Senior School teaching team (Years 7–12), commencing Term 1, 2027, within a collaborative and values-driven learning community.

About the Role
Reporting to the Principal through the Subject Coordinator, you will:
- Teach Religious Education across Years 7-12, experience teaching, or a willingness to teach Studies of Religion considered advantageous.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that foster critical thinking, ethical understanding and meaningful engagement with religious and contemporary issues..
- Apply the School’s assessment and reporting processes consistently
- Differentiate learning to support diverse student needs, in collaboration with the Academic Support Department.
- Contribute to pastoral care through Circle Class, supporting student wellbeing and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and Religious Education Faculty initiatives.
- Actively participate in co-curricular programs and the broader life of the School.
About You
You are an enthusiastic and committed educator who values both academic excellence and student wellbeing. You will bring:
- Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education, theology, philosophy, ethics or related disciplines, with a passion for effective, contemporary teaching.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and NESA accreditation to teach Religious Education.
- A collaborative approach with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Willingness to contribute to the pastoral, spiritual, and co-curricular life of the School.
- A genuine passion for supporting the wellbeing, growth and development of young women.
- Commitment to Catholic education and the Loreto tradition.
