The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support observations and children's individual learning journeys
- Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
- Work closely with the wider nursery team
- Contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the setting
- Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures
We're Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a close and supportive team
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
