Veritas Education is working with welcoming nurseries across Wakefield to recruit enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners for flexible work opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for both qualified and unqualified candidates with previous nursery or childcare experience who are looking for flexible work within supportive and friendly early years settings. You will support children's learning and development while helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children's learning and development
• Assisting with engaging activities and daily routines
• Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
• Building positive relationships with children and staff
• Supporting the nursery team where needed
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous nursery or childcare experience
• Qualified or unqualified candidates considered
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about working with children
