Lead a dynamic K–6 Catholic school of 127 students in Condobolin, NSW. This five-year Principal appointment offers the opportunity to shape culture, strengthen instructional leadership, and build staff capability in a well-supported and connected diocesan system committed to faith, excellence and community.

PRINCIPAL ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Principal to lead St Joseph’s Parish School, Condobolin - a well-established and thriving K–6 school community.  As Principal you will provide strong Catholic leadership, foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture, and lead high quality teaching and learning that supports every student to thrive.

COMMENCEMENT

The position is available from Term 3 2026, with commencement during Term 3 or Term 4 2026 preferred. A later start may be considered by negotiation with the successful applicant.

RENUMERATION:

The following package is provided:

• Current Annual salary: Foundation Level $191,784 p.a. - Accomplished Level  $201,879 p.a - plus superannuation
• Reimbursement of travel costs and accommodation for on-site visit and/or interview.
• Relocation costs of up to $5000
• Salary Packaging options to maximise your salary.
• Opportunities for maintaining Religious Education Accreditation - study assistance for approved courses at Masters Level—100% reimbursement of course cost.
