Primary Teaching Assistant Location: Lambeth, South East London Start Date: Easter 2026 Pay: £95 - £115 per day

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher, supporting pupils through 1:1 and small-group interventions to ensure they are fully engaged and able to reach their potential.

The Ideal Primary Teaching Assistant Will Have:

• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting
• Good understanding of strategies to support learning, communication, and behaviour

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting the class teacher with differentiated classroom activities
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
• Using creative and engaging approaches to enhance learning
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to the class teacher
• Helping to maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment
