For the commencement of the 2027 school year, we are seeking to appoint a VET Coordinator based at the Cranbourne Campus.
Leadership Positions at the College have an initial tenure of 3 years and are attached to permanent teaching position. After a successful mid-term review, a further 3 years will be offered.

Our ideal candidates:
- Can lead, support, and mentor the VET teaching team to foster professional growth.
- Understand and adhere to State and National course requirements, including AITSL standards and CECV policies
- Have the proven ability to implement diverse teaching strategies and manage structured, high-impact classrooms
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and active learning culture across the school.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with families.
- An understanding of the Victorian Curriculum, a demonstrated knowledge of Australian VET requirements and different teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent in digital technologies.
The successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.
Salary
In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, from 1 July 2025, the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 – $118,063. The POL allowance for the VET Coordinator is $6,326.
