OSHC Director

We are seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC professional to lead our small, community-focused Outside School Hours Care service as Director.

32.5 hours per week term time

38 hours during Vacation Care time and Student Free Days

We are seeking an experienced and passionate OSHC professional to lead our small, community-focused Outside School Hours Care service as Director and Nominated Supervisor.

This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on making a difference. You will lead a small team, drive our quality improvement journey, and play a central role in growing the service — including the future introduction of Before School Care.

The role operates across split shifts during term time, with full days during school holidays for Vacation Care, plus generous dedicated administration time built into your week.

If you hold an approved ACECQA qualification, have experience in a leadership role within OSHC or education and care, and are motivated by the chance to help a service reach its full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
