Operations Officer

We are currently seeking an Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is offered on a part-time basis (3 days per week, 42 weeks per year), with flexibility for the right candidate. Start date is by mutual agreement.

In this role, you will:

• Provide professional HR advice, guidance and support to staff and leadership, across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance and employee relations;
• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, including advertising, interview processes, and preparation of employment documentation;
• Partner with leadership and staff to manage compliance functions including child protection, WHS, risk management, and regulatory obligations, ensuring systems, registers and procedures are current and effective.
