Nursery Practitioner

Veritas Education is recruiting for a fantastic nursery setting in the Leeds area, offering an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children's learning and development through fun and engaging activities
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Support children's individual development and learning journeys
• Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
• Work as part of a friendly and dedicated nursery team
• Follow safeguarding and EYFS procedures

We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
