As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
- Deliver pre‑prepared work and ensure students remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support students with questions and encourage positive engagement
- Build strong relationships with pupils and be a consistent, calm presence

No planning or marking is required-your focus is on delivering lessons confidently and maintaining a productive classroom environment.
We'd love to hear from you if you are:

- Adaptable and comfortable working across different year groups and subjects
- Calm under pressure and able to handle behaviour fairly and consistently
- Approachable, friendly and able to connect with young people
- Reliable, punctual and committed to supporting the school day‑to‑day
