What we're looking for:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
• A caring, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Confidence supporting outdoor and play-based learning
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• A genuine interest in supporting children's growth and wellbeing
• Basic safeguarding awareness (or willingness to develop this)
