Your Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will help create a safe, happy, and inspiring space where children feel confident to learn, explore, and develop. Your passion and care will make a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, creative, and play-based learning activities indoors and outdoors
• Support children's development, independence, and emotional wellbeing
• Contribute to observations and children's learning journeys
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• A kind, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
