The Role Help create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children learn through play and exploration.

Key Duties

• Support creative, play-based learning
• Take part in events and themed activities
• Encourage children's development and confidence
• Build relationships with children, families, and staff
• Contribute to observations and learning records
• Follow safeguarding and nursery policies

What We're Looking For

• Passion for working with children (Level 2/3 desirable)
• Childcare experience preferred
• Positive, caring, and energetic attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
• Basic EYFS/safeguarding knowledge (training provided)
