This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026

This job may be filled by one Manager Corporate Services working a combined 1.0FTE across the two schools.

Endeavour Primary School (PS) is located in the suburb of Port Kennedy, approximately 10 km south of Rockingham. Working in partnership with the Endeavour Education Support Centre, we have formed Endeavour Schools to provide a truly inclusive setting for the benefit of all students from Kindergarten through to Year 6. We take pride in our inclusive practices across all year levels and our ability to provide diverse learning opportunities for students and staff.

Students are taught in modern classrooms; all with access to the latest in information technology. We also have multiple play areas designed to provide opportunities for students to interact and develop their physical skills and imagination through nature-based play. The School Board and Parent and Community are actively engaged in supporting the Schools in resourcing and strategic planning that ensures student success while interacting with the broader school community network.

The Role

The successful applicant will manage the financial, physical and human resource aspects of the school's operations and administer all school support staff whilst reporting, developing and implementing human resource and financial management strategies to ensure the integrity of the school's business operations. The successful applicant will provide consultancy and advice into financial planning and budgeting, as well as the administration and reporting on the diverse funding entities for which the school is responsible. The successful applicant will in collaboration with the Principal and/or the Executive, provide operational input to the development of the school’s workforce, business and marketing plans and oversee the school’s financial performance against the plans.

The successful applicant will assist the Principal in ensuring that the school meets corporate financial objectives and that Regional and Corporate reporting requirements are met whilst participating in school-based and regional committees and working groups to ensure alignment with the school's business targets and objectives. The successful applicant will develop, implement and monitor effective asset management and coordination strategies for school facilities, equipment and buildings whilst developing and managing financial, human resource and information management processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Departmental policies and guidelines.
