The Role

• Supporting children across EYFS and KS1, including pupils with additional needs (SEN/SEMH).
• Providing 1:1 and small-group interventions to raise confidence, progress, and engagement.
• Working closely with teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure every child receives the support they deserve.
• Access to regular CPD and opportunities to specialise further in SEN support.

What We're Looking For

• A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual with a passion for working with children.
• Experience in schools or SEN settings is desirable but not essential - personality and commitment are key.
• Someone eager to learn, grow, and become part of a supportive, high-performing team.
