About The Role

Part Time | Fixed Term

The Human Resources Assistant supports the Human Resources Manager in various administrative and operational functions. This role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations of HR processes, supports recruitment efforts, supports the delivery of HR projects, the maintenance of HR employee data and assists in fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is integral to the full employment lifecycle, supporting activities from recruitment, onboarding through to the exit processes.

The Successful Candidate Will

• Have completed a relevant tertiary qualification and appropriate work-related experience. Experience in a School setting preferred but not essential
• Working knowledge of the Catholic Employment Multi Enterprise Agreement (CEMEA) 2022 an advantage
• Upholds confidentiality, privacy principles and fulfils duties with the utmost of discretion
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with members of the school community and members of the public
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
• Strong and reliable attention to detail
