About the Role

As the Principal Advisor, Regional Services you will:

• Manage the regional activities and resources to effectively develop and implement strategic priorities and policy.
• Assess strategic issues and provide expert advice and support to the Executive Director and members of executive management to enable quality executive decision making.

Your Responsibilities

As the Principal Advisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Initiate, lead and manage the Regional Operations and Corporate Governance Team who provide high-level regional operations, governance and services within the region.
• Provide authoritative strategic and operational advice to regional, leaders on a wide range of legislative, policy and procedural issues.
• Oversee governance processes that manage the regions enquiries and complaints in line with the Department's Customer Complaints Management policy and procedure, including reporting and records management.
