Why this Role?

The Manager will provide high-level management and oversight of governance, communications and project support in the Engagement team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small multi-disciplinary team providing communications and governance support.
• Developing and delivering high-level communications including reports and briefing materials for senior executives.
• Providing authoritative and evidence-based advice and direction to senior leadership to inform program outcomes.
• Design systems, processes and solutions to support program implementation.
• Ensure that the reputation and interests of the department are maintained and strong governance practices are applied across program areas.
• Proactively develop, analyse and monitor plans, performance outcomes and risks at program level to inform quality practice and improvement.
