ABOUT THE POSITION

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Administration team in Term 3, 2026. We are looking for an Enrolments Administration Officer with strong administrative and people skills.

This is a part-time role for 3 days per week from 8:15am - 4:15pm, over 42 weeks of the year plus 4 weeks of paid annual leave.

This is a role that will support the Registrar, assisting with enrolment administration. At times, the role will also involve supporting the Front Office team with general administration support, which at times may include Reception work.

It is essential that the successful applicant have, or be able to demonstrate, the following:

• Experience with customer service and/or admissions/enrolments in a School or similar environment
• Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
• Be experienced and proficient at Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Have, or be willing to obtain, First Aid qualifications
• Have a current employer Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one).
• Have a strong knowledge of and commitment to Child Safety principles and be willing to commit to ongoing learning in this area
• Be a Christian role model and be able to demonstrate an active faith to students and to all people associated with the School
• Actively support and adhere to the School’s vision, mission, and ethos.

Preferred but not essential:

• Experience with Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems
• Experience with enrolment management systems
• Previous administration experience in a School or similar environment
