Veritas Education are delighted to be working exclusively with a reputable secondary school in the Preston area who are seeking a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher to join their team from 5th January to cover a maternity leave.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. You will be joining a supportive department within a well-resourced school that places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and student progress.

The Ideal Candidate:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience teaching English at secondary level

Strong classroom management skills

A commitment to raising attainment and inspiring young people
