Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and implement engaging activities with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development.
• Contribute ideas to enhance our curriculum and daily practice.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years Education).
• Passionate about child development, play-based learning, and outdoor education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and progression into leadership.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children.
