Role responsibilities:

  • Engage children in outdoor and indoor activities, including structured and creative play.
  • Support music, arts, and other enrichment sessions that promote development.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for all children.
  • Encourage curiosity, independence, and positive routines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and education.

What we're looking for:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience.
  • A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children.
  • Confidence supporting outdoor play and extra enrichment activities.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Genuine interest in children's wellbeing, development, and learning.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and early years practice, or willingness to learn.
