About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support the Principal in providing strategic leadership, developing and implementing a shared educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise when required.
- Lead with integrity by upholding the values, ethics and moral responsibilities of the deputy principalship while embedding inclusive and socially just practices across all aspects of school life.
- Promote excellence by setting high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional learning and lifelong development.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, government agencies, industry and business to enhance student learning, wellbeing and school outcomes.
- Provide effective organisational leadership by planning strategically for the future, applying relevant legislation and policies, and managing people and resources efficiently to achieve school goals.
