Geraldton Christian College is seeking an outstanding educational leader to join our Secondary Leadership Team as Dean of Senior Secondary Curriculum.
This strategic role is responsible for leading academic excellence across the College, overseeing teaching and learning programs, supporting curriculum development, coaching staff, and monitoring student achievement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee teaching, learning, and curriculum implementation.
- Monitor academic performance and drive student achievement.
- Coordinate assessment, examinations, and academic reporting.
- Support and mentor teachers to enhance professional practice.
- Support and Mentor students in their studies and events.
- Lead Year 11-12 pathways, subject selection, and WACE monitoring.
- Provide pathway advice relating to university, TAFE, VET, and employment opportunities.
- Build a culture of academic excellence, belonging, and continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated educational leadership and curriculum coordination experience.
- Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- High-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to lead teams, influence practice, and manage change effectively.
- Alignment with the College's Christian ethos and Statement of Faith.
