Due to continued growth across Teesside and the surrounding areas, Veritas Education are actively recruiting Aspiring Cover Supervisors to support a range of secondary schools from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience, whether you're considering a future in teaching or already have experience working with young people.

• Anyone with experience leading, supervising or engaging groups of young people

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-set lessons, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged with their learning in the teacher's absence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable
• Confident managing groups and building positive relationships
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
