Classroom Support /Teacher's Aide

St Hurmizd Assyrian Primary School is an independent, co-educational Christian school catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6, located in South Western Sydney. We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our dynamic team.

This is a part time, 4 days per week position available to start Term 3, 2026 until the end of Term 4, 2026 with hours starting from 9:00am-3:00pm (6 hours per day).

Position Requirements:

• Ability to provide effective support to students within the classroom environment.
• Experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
• A genuine commitment to and support of the School’s Christian values.

Qualifications Required:

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Education Support or currently studying a Teaching Degree.
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
• A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Salary

Salaries are in line with the Independent Schools NSW (Professional and Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi Enterprise Agreement with current pay rates above the award.
