Provides professional administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school. Supports students, staff, parents, and visitors through effective communication, records management, coordination of administrative processes, and delivery of high-quality customer service.

Salary Range: $73,725 full-time equivalent plus superannuation.

Employment Status: Part-time | 70 hours per fortnight

Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of office. Administrative Assistants act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, supporting office processes, and assisting staff with a wide range of administrative tasks while demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Certificate III, IV or Diploma in a related field or experience in an administrative role
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
