Step Into Your Next Chapter:

This role is offered on a full-time temporary basis, from 21 January 2026 until 12 December 2026, unless otherwise determined.

Responsibilities include:

Identify barriers to young people achieving outcomes and referral to appropriate support services.
Maintain records of student contact on a daily basis.
Support students to achieve satisfactory learning outcomes.
Develop and monitor post program support as required to meet program performance criteria.
Develop and foster relationships between the school and families of students to assist at risk students to remain engaged with education or training.

Demonstrate competence in supporting young people experiencing educational, social, emotional, or behavioural challenges, leading to improved engagement and outcomes.
Demonstrate high level interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively with students, families, staff, and external agencies.
Demonstrate ability to apply initiative, problem-solving, and innovation to support student re-engagement and wellbeing.
Demonstrated ability to manage resources, records, and data accurately and efficiently to support quality service delivery.
