St Mary’s Mooroopna is seeking a Wellbeing Leader and Generalist Primary Teacher to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting full time ongoing opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.

About You
- Be a registered teacher with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- Have a commitment to Catholic Education and the Catholic Identity and a willingness to gain accreditation with support from within.
- You bring strong classroom management skills and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
- Have an ability to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and embrace a collegial, team-based approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff.
- Have the ability to foster effective relationships with student, staff, parents and the St Mary's Parish community.
- Show enthusiasm for delivering outstanding learning and teaching.
- Exhibit an adaptable, agile mindset, remain calm under pressure and think clearly in stressful situations.
- Actively monitor and support student wellbeing.
- Provide Pastoral care that aligns with the school's values.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics.
- A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of our school.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
