Georges River Grammar School is seeking to employ an exemplary Visual Arts Teacher on a permanent full-time basis to join our Secondary School Team. The position commences towards the end of Term 2 by negotiation.
Key Selection Criteria
The School has an exemplary Visual Arts program and is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and professional Visual Arts teacher to join our team.
To be successful in this role it is desirable you have:
- Teaching experience across Stages 4 & 5 Visual Arts (Stage 6 desirable, but not essential)
- The ability to teach Photographic and Digital Media (PDM)
- Confidence with ceramics
- Highly developed communication skills
- Confidence with a broad range of artistic methods & materials
- Ability to integrate technological aspects of the Visual Arts curriculum in teaching
- Ability to collaborate with your colleagues
- The flexibility to work with a range of student abilities
