Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a highly engaged, passionate and experienced VCE Biology Teacher for our Keilor East Campus in a 12 month full-time, fixed term replacement position commencing for 2026.

The successful candidate will demonstrate they are:

• Strong professional curriculum and pedagogical knowledge of Biology
• An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills;
• Experienced in teaching VCE students;
• Aligned with the school's values and policies;
• Committed to delivering a high-quality programme;
• Eligible to work in Australia; and
• VIT registered with relevant qualifications

The School

Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School has over 3,000 students from K-12 at campuses in Moonee Ponds, Essendon and Keilor East. We have outstanding staff, facilities and programmes to enhance student wellbeing and learning and develop creative, caring and critical thinkers.
