This position is at the Kingscote Campus of Kangaroo Island Community Education (KICE). Kingscote Campus is a Reception to Year 12 Campus. The 2 other campuses of KICE are Parndana Campus (Preschool - Year 10 ) and Penneshaw Campus (Reception to Year 8)
This position is in a Reception class of only 16 students (approx.) There are 2 other Reception classes at Kingscote Campus of similar numbers. There are also Reception classes at Penneshaw and Parndana Campuses. he work is highly collaborative and collegiate with the other Reception classes.
The school has a strong focus on structured Phonics and you will be provided with support and professional development in this area if needed.
