Position Descriptor: We are seeking a dedicated 0.6 teacher to join our small, welcoming country school, working in a year 4-6 class. With just two classes and 33 students in total, our school offers a close-knit, collaborative environment where teachers work closely together to share planning and deliver a comprehensive curriculum. You will be supported by a highly engaged leader who actively participates in lessons and works alongside staff to strengthen programming and practice. We maintain a strong focus on high expectations, fostering independent learners, and implementing effective differentiation to ensure all students are challenged and supported to achieve their best. Our school also prioritises wellbeing for learning, with consistent expectations and clear structures that create a supportive and productive environment for both students and staff.
