Position Descriptor: This position is open to any certified Highly Accomplished Teacher (HAT) who will model highly effective teaching and learning strategies and actively support and mentor colleagues through this position, thereby continuing to demonstrate positive impact beyond their own classroom. - develop their colleague's professional knowledge, practice and engagement with reference to the APST
