Position Descriptor: To start as soon as possible: Provide high-quality teaching and learning for a small Reception to Year 2 class. Deliver strong literacy and numeracy outcomes through engaging, play-based inquiry learning and place pedagogy, while building positive relationships with students, families and staff.

• 1. Provide an example of when you have actively created working relationships that have resulted in you connecting with your colleagues, sharing practices, and learning from one another to support your learners to thrive.
• 2. Explain a time where you have empowered your learners, giving them agency to shape a learning experience. What was the outcome?
• 3. Describe a time where evaluation of your teaching has led to a change in your teaching practice?
