KS2 Classroom Support with SEN Focus - Darwen Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM (includes 1 hour of welfare duties) Contract Type: Ongoing

A primary school in Darwen is seeking a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a KS2 classroom. The role includes working closely with children who have additional needs, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom environment.

Applicants must have:

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• At least 6 months of experience working in a primary school setting
• Confidence supporting children with SEN
• A proactive and flexible approach to classroom support

This is an ongoing role offering consistency and the opportunity to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

Safeguarding & Application Requirements: All applicants will undergo an Enhanced DBS Check, reference checks, and any necessary overseas police clearances (if applicable) in line with safeguarding policies. Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment, including explanations for any gaps.Legal right to work in the UK and be willing to attend a registration interview.
