We are seeking two (2) classroom teachers to commence at the start of the 2026 school year. - Yr 2 & Yr 4
Teachers who are currently on a working visa and have V.I.T. registration are also encouraged to apply with sponsorship available.

The successful applicant will:

Have knowledge in, or a willingness to learn about MAC’s Vision for Instruction & Engagement which consists of, but is not limited to;

• Explicit instruction with a multi-tiered system of support
• Use formative and summative assessment to target instruction and make judgments on student progress
• Embed strong, predictable routines into your practice
• Employ responsive teaching strategies by adjusting instruction in real-time based on student understanding and learning needs by using school-wide checking for understanding strategies
• Possess high expectations for all students
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, particularly in the areas of curriculum content knowledge and effective instructional routines
• Manage behaviour in line with our Positive Behaviour for Learning framework
• Work productively within a team environment
