The Company:

The Position:

We are seeking multiple full-time Teachers Aide to join our vibrant school communities. These are full-time positions available across various NT locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs for children, based on individual strengths and interests.
• Observe, record, and report on children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment in compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards, frameworks, and policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support positive outcomes for children.

About You (Selection Criteria): To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

• Qualifications: A minimum of a Certificate III or IV in School Based Education Support.
• Experience: Previous experience working in an early childhood or school-based setting.
• Registration: Must hold (or be eligible for) a Northern Territory Working with Children (Ochre Card).
• Values: A commitment to Catholic values and the ability to contribute to the religious life of the school.
