We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teachers’ Aide as part of our Learning Enrichment team. You will be a part of a vibrant educational community which aims to provide students the opportunity to utilise their talents to make a difference in the community.

The College is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teachers’ Aide – Learning Enrichment in a part-time (0.6 FTE) ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2026.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful applicant needs to:

• Assist individual students to access and engage with classroom activities
• Provide care and management of individual students who may be experiencing difficulties accessing the curriculum

ABOUT YOU

The successful applicants will:

• Have experience working as a Teacher’s Aide in a secondary or primary school environment
• Understand the requirements of working with students with additional needs
• Be able to provide support to professional colleagues
• Demonstrate collaborative practices and a commitment to working as part of a team
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people
