About the Role

PLC Sydney invites applications from dedicated and collaborative professionals to join our Junior School for the 2026 academic year. Specialising in our Pre-K environment, this role is instrumental in implementing the College’s vision for excellence in girls' education and supporting the holistic development of our youngest learners.

This is a part-time, temporary position for the 2026 duration. To align with the needs of the Junior School, the successful candidate will work according to the following schedule:

• Term 1, 2026: Three days per week (Monday, Thursday, and Friday)
• Terms 2–4, 2026: Two days per week (Thursday and Friday)

The successful candidate will be a flexible team player who possesses:

• Qualifications: Relevant certification in Education Support or Early Childhood (highly regarded).
• Educational Commitment: A deep commitment to the education of young girls and a proven ability to support neurodiverse learners within a contemporary classroom setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with educational technologies and digital documentation for student portfolios.
• Compliance: A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Ethos: A willingness to support and uphold the Christian ethos and values of the College.
