Forest Lake State High School is dedicated to supporting early careers teachers. If you are a beginning teacher in your first year of teaching, FLSHS offers additional support in the form of professional coaching from an external provider for 12 months.
It would be an advantage if you also:
- Have experience or knowledge in the program "Writers Toolbox"
- Are familiar with Marzano's pedagogical framework "The Art and Science of Teaching".
- Have experience using High Impact Strategies in digital pedagogies
- Have experience or knowledge in the program "Writers Toolbox"

- Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland. - In addition to registration, teachers working in Education and Care Services (including State Delivered Kindergarten programs) require an exemption card issued by Blue Card Services. For more information on blue cards and exemption cards, please CLICK HERE.
- Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department
