The Role

We're searching for exceptional Generalist Secondary Teachers who are ideally passionate about fostering holistic student development across a diverse range of subjects. You should be more than just a teacher; you're a dynamic and adaptable educator ready to make a significant impact on young lives.

We're ideally looking for versatile teachers who are comfortable with a combination of subjects from English, Science, Mathematics, and Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS). You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but your flexibility and adaptability are key. If you also have skills in the Arts or Technologies, that's a definite bonus!

This role primarily involves teaching students in Years 7 to 10, and we warmly encourage upper primary school teachers with a passion for secondary education to apply.

As a highly reflective practitioner, you should be dedicated to evidence-based decision-making and differentiation, ensuring every student receives a tailored curriculum that meets their unique needs. You should firmly believe that all students can reach their full potential, and you should be committed to high-quality teaching and learning that promotes academic excellence.

Suitable applicants will ideally motivated and knowledgeable professional with a strong understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum. Your teaching philosophy should be rooted in a deep commitment to student success.

Crucially, you are ideally trauma-informed and genuinely excited to work with students with complex needs. You should approach every interaction with empathy, understanding, and a culturally responsive mindset, creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.

You ideally actively seek opportunities for involvement, both within the school and the wider community, understanding that a holistic approach significantly enhances student learning and well-being.
