Bauhinia State School is situated in a quiet rural community, approximately 45 minutes from Moura and around 2.5 hours from both Rockhampton and Emerald. The role provides scope to build leadership capability through collaboration with colleagues, involvement in school decision-making, and the ability to make a visible impact on student outcomes across the school.
