Kennedy Baptist College is a leading co-educational Christian school for students in Years 7 to 12, located in Perth’s southern suburb of Murdoch. Kennedy Baptist College was formed in 2013 after the amalgamation of two neighbouring Colleges. It is now home to approximately 1,200 students, and together we enter the next exciting chapter.

About the Role
Teacher – Inclusive Education (full-time, ongoing)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our dedicated team in an inclusive learning environment that recognises and responds to the unique needs of every student.
The successful applicant will bring expertise in Literacy and/or Numeracy and a demonstrated ability to support students in Years 7-10 through classroom teaching, small group instruction, and targeted intervention programs. Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and support staff, you will play a key role in delivering personalised learning strategies that empower students to achieve their potential.
In your application, please outline your experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing Education Plans, and how you work in partnership with families and staff to ensure appropriate adjustments and supports are in place to achieve positive student outcomes. In addition, we would like to know how you embrace teaching within a Christian perspective.
This is a full-time, ongoing position commencing in 2027.
