Senior Teaching and Learning Officer

The Teaching and Learning Senior Officer (TLSO) reports directly to the Director of School Support and works closely with school Principals and school-based leaders to ensure cohesion, innovation and alignment of educational initiatives. This role ensures the consistent implementation and ongoing development of key educational frameworks, policies, and processes in alignment with the organisation’s strategic priorities and Christian formational learning approach.

For more than 30 years, NT Christian College has provided Christ-centred, rigorous and community focused education for Years 11–12 students across the Northern Territory. As our Office Manager, you will help strengthen that mission by coordinating communications, managing key processes and projects, and supporting leadership with grace, professionalism and integrity.

- Six (6) weeks annual leave + stand-down.
